What if my size isn't listed or I'm between sizes?

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

At the moment, we do not offer custom sizing or alterations. We recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, our team will be happy to assist you at labelishaasehgal@gmail.com.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our garments are thoughtfully handcrafted and made with exceptional attention to detail. Orders are typically dispatched within15–18 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.

Can I customize a piece in a different color or fabric?

At this time, we do not offer customization in alternate colors or fabrics. Each design is carefully curated to reflect the vision of the collection.

How do I care for hand-embroidered garments?

We recommenddry cleaning onlyfor all embroidered and embellished garments to preserve the craftsmanship and delicate handwork. Store your garments folded or on a padded hanger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No. We currently acceptprepaid orders onlythrough our secure payment gateway.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also log into your account on our website to check your order status at any time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer returns.

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products, subject to our Exchange Policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at labelishaasehgal@gmail.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Yes. Every Label Ishaa Sehgal garment is thoughtfully crafted using premium fabrics woven and printed in Kolkata, then hand-finished by skilled artisans and expert tailors. Every embroidery, embellishment, and finishing detail reflects the dedication, precision, and artistry that define our brand.
